Registration for OLMC’s PREP program for the 2024-2025 instruction year begins on March 24, 2025 and closes on September 1, 2025.
PREP/CCD Classes for 2025-2026
First Penance/First Communion in 2026
For our First Penance/Holy Communion class, we accept children from 7 to 13 years of age.
Classes will be held on Wednesday, from 4:15 pm to 5:15 pm, beginning on September 10, 2026.
First Penance will be conferred by Father Cauterucci on Sunday, March 8, 2026 after the 10:30 am Mass.
Holy Communion will be conferred by Father on Saturday, April 25, 2026 at the 10 am Mass.
Sacraments of Initiation Class
For our Sacraments of Initiation class, we accept children in Grades 5 through 8.
This class is for children who have not received First Penance and Holy Communion prior to Grade 5.
Confirmation in 2026
Confirmation PREP is a two-year program for the Sacrament which is conferred in Grades 7 and 8, as per Archdiocesan guidelines.
Classes will be held on Tuesdays, from 4:15 pm until 6:00 pm, beginning September 9, 2025.
Our next Confirmation date will be held at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church on Saturday, February 14, 2026 at the 10 am Mass. We are accepting enrollment for Year 2 students in the 7th or 8th grade ONLY!
A Robe Fee of $25 will be required for each student in Mid-November.
Registration for the 2025-2026 PREP/CCD Instruction Year
The Registration Fee is $200, and is due at the time of registration. It must be paid in full no later than August 1, 2025.
No student will be accepted without a completed Registration Form (including required church documents) and paid registration fee.
Fees and documents can be brought to the Parish Office, Monday through Friday, 9 am to 12 noon.
Absolutely no registration will be accepted after September 1, 2025!
